    Lenvest helps clients determine how much their company is worth, and how best to market to the appropriate buyers.  Lenvest frequently helps prepare the selling memorandum and confidentially contacts strategic buyers who may be willing to pay the highest price.        

    With our client's approval, Lenvest may contact Buyers who have previously expressed interest in acquiring a similar business.  In other cases, confidential advertising may be required to identify a buyer.  However, in all cases, only buyers approved by our client will be told the identity of our client's company.  We strive to never broadcast that a company is For Sale, since it will tend to only diminish its perceived value.  Every buyer wants to discover a hidden diamond.  Few are willing to pay top dollar for a "shopped around" business.
