    For Buyers   
    Lenvest represents corporate buyers who have targeted a particular acquisition as  well as those who require confidential acquisition search services.  Lenvest assists our buyer clients in:

    The principals at Lenvest have significant experience in the tactics of negotiation essential to the completion of successful business acquisitions.   In addition, we have the expertise to deal with the many non-financial issues associated with acquiring businesses.  We have the professionals available to assist our buyer clients with making Executive Assessments of the management of the Targeted Company, and we frequently:

        Supervise the Due Diligence review of the Target Company  
        Address people issues - perform executive assessments

    For Investors    
    Done properly, investing in a business and receiving a minority ownership position is similar to acquiring the entire company.  The ownership percentage is less, but the evaluation process, legal documentation and due diligence review are quite similar.  However, many outside investors in closely-held companies have neither the time or expertise to effectively evaluate their investment opportunities.  These "Angel Investors" engage Lenvest to assist them in evaluating proposed investments and performing the due diligence review of the company on their behalf.
